Electrocatuerization
Electrocauterization is the use of electricity to produce heat that passes through a tool with a thin, needle-like tip that gets really hot and is directed right onto warts, moles, and syringomas to remove them—literally killing the skin cells by burning them out. Although these growths do not usually need to be treated, unless you opt to for that more confident feeling brought about by clean, blemish-free, smooth skin.
The procedure starts with cleaning and numbing the skin since the heat can sting and burn as the growth is seared dead and removed, with the area around it often will be white and swollen charred. Skin sample is often sent for lab analysis to test the nature of the growth which often goes away after one session. The wound, however, may take 1 to 6 weeks to heal—with larger ones taking longer to recover and may need more sessions to finish off.
A session takes about 20 to 30 minutes and will often end with your specialist bandaging the wound on the treated area—which later will soft scan and drop of naturally leaving a small scar—which you need to maintain at home and make sure bleeding is stopped. Apply firm pressure using cloth on your wound if it continues to bleed in the next 24 hours—do for 10 minutes and repeat if bleeding continues. If you really are not up to even the slightest scar, this may be your last choice.
MP50 Intensive Pulse Light Laser
Pulse Light Laser is a nonsurgical treatment that reduces skin pigmentation for treating acne and acne scars; clearing skin of blotches, degrades, and imperfections caused by aging, lifestyle, pigmentation, and sun exposure; and, removing unwanted hair permanently. The current gold standard in medical laser technology, Pulse Laser Light is one of the best, easiest, most effective, and safest nonsurgical procedures for a wide array of concerns—but especially for the reduction of hair, lesion, and pigment—at no downtime, optimal comfort, and least risk of complications.
The procedure uses carefully selected broadband spectrum of intense light to precisely target the melanin pigment in the hair or lesion or the hemoglobin of vascular lesions. Safety is assured by programming the optimum wavelength and energy fluence level precisely to your skin type and condition which your doctor determines based on your medical history, unique physical characteristics, and expectations. So make sure you go through these before undergoing anything!
The method is comfort-oriented, having an integrated cooling chiller tip that cools the skin and reduces possible discomfort and risk of tissue injury during each pulse, which can be precisely adjusted every time with no risk of harm or discomfort. Often, multiple treatments are required for optimal results—which your specialist shall assess and formulate depending on treatment desired, body area to be treated, skin type, hair density and color, hair growth cycle, age, ethnicity, hormones, and medications you take.
